Delete your Ekarom account

You can delete your Ekarom account at any time — directly in the app, or by asking us by email if you no longer have the app installed.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

  1. Open Ekarom and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Settings & Privacy (the gear icon).
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  4. Enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on that device.

Option 2 — By email

Email info@ekarom.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Ekarom account”. We may ask you to confirm the request to protect your account, and we complete deletions within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your profile, photos, bio, interests and preferences
  • Your identity-verification images
  • Your matches, messages you sent and call history
  • Your coins, Premium status and wallet
  • Your event interests and your app settings

What we may keep

  • Payment and transaction records we are required to keep for tax and accounting law (kept only as long as the law requires).
  • Information needed to investigate fraud, abuse or safety reports, or to comply with a legal request.

Deletion is permanent — we can't restore a deleted account, its matches or its Premium time. If you just need a break, you can pause your profile in Settings & Privacy instead.
